没有安装盘，下载了南极星可以在QQ用(资料等还是问号)，但IE还是有乱码。请问哪位知道好的软件

方法如下:

Start -> Control Panel -> Regional and Lanaguage Options -> Choose Advance Tab on top -> Choose Chinese(PRC) as your Unicode option.

Hit ok and apply the setting.

就这样， 应该就可以了， 我的电脑也是如此。

我以前的电脑也是那样的，不过这台电脑上根本就没装过中文，所以我好像要下载语言包先，不知道哪里有

这就需要windows xp 的CD 了,, 可以看看周围的朋友谁有， 借来装装就好了。

then use chinese(prc) as unicode

Yeah, you probably want to install all the Asian languages (or, just all languages) from the CD. It's not all that big anyway.

装中文操作系统，看E文没有任何障碍。什么E文软件都可以装。
