You are having negative money. This means you tried to steal other ppl's money and got caught by the system. The system fined you more than what you had. That's the only way a person can get negative money. Dont' complain.

i did't get it. wt r u mean? nobody wants to steal others $ thats for sure(at least i never thought about that, i'm not trying to complain), but i don't know why sometimes still get negative money.

I know this kakashi guy in real life... and i know he WILL steal money when he sees these wonderful tools. and about the negative money issue, the only way you can get it is when you get fined by the forum for theft and other "illegal" usage of items.
