I am going to discover a huge cheating case that making all the kind of fault United America visas or ID. And they posted their AD as the agent of apply for all kind of immigration, non-immigration visas and marriage relationship connection at the Newspaper of Chinese Version“Shi Jie Ri Bao” and” Da Ji Yuan Bao”, he called himself as a lawyer, and he had cheated people at least for 3 years. The persons been cheated by him estimated are over few hundreds. I have contacted a victim who had been cheated by him before, he lives in Los Angeles now, and he have agreed to cooperate and willing be the witness at the court in the future.
I received the recommendation to contact this guy via the AD in the Chinese Version newspaper ”Shi Jie Ri Bao”, after that I contacted the law office of U.S. (Address:1898 N Western Ave Peoria ,IL 61604 U.S.A. Tel:(708)595-4661 Fax: (708)595-4662), we discussed he help me to handle the procedure of applying for the America H1-B visa for me. He sent me a letter, and required me get ready of a lot of files and certificates. I went to see this lawyer in Beijing at the FRIENDSHIP hotel on June 6th, 2008. The lawyer Yang let me saw an employee contract in English version, and required me to pay him RMB 15,000.00. Because I found out that it’s necessary to apply for the form I-797 before get the H1-B visa, and he haven’t shown me that form I-797 , thus I suspected him, however he shown me his American ID card copy, and I have to paid the lawyer Yang prepayment RMB 4,000.00. After that he wrote me a receipt and singed the contract with me, then I back Datong city.
June 29th, 2008, I received a call from a women who called herself as the assistant of the Lawyer Yang, she required me went to Beijing on June 30th, 2008 to apply for visa. After I had arrived Beijing on June 30th, 2008, I received a call from the Lawyer Yang, he told me that a man who by the surname is Hu (his age is around 40 years old) will come to pick up my passport to prepare the file for tomorrow application at American visa office in Beijing. Finally, at p.m. 7:45 on the evening of July 1st, 2008, I received another call from the Lawyer Yang, he let me waiting for him at the nearby internet online club, after he arrived he shown me a website http://www.usvisa.net.cn/ on the screen of computer, and he input ID and password, at the H1-B part of page, we found my name and passport number, then he shown me the visa page on the passport, and let me use hands to feel it. And he told me that he have special relationship with the employee in American Embassy of Beijing and had got the visa for me via the employee. Also he told me that he had arranged the non-stop flight on July 17th, 2008 from Shanghai Pudong international airport to Los Angeles airport via the flight number UA858, at the same time the Lawyer Yang required me to deposit RMB 70,000.00 into his bank account, also he took away my passport because he said he worried I will not pay him the money.
After I backed Datong city, I deposited RMB 20,000.00 to his bank card, and required him sent me a scan copy of visa. Later I ask others checked and found out that the visa is fault visa, and the Lawyer’s telephone couldn’t be reached forever since that happened.
The lawyer Xiao Ming Yang has used three telephone numbers in China,there are 15004039095, 15004039096, 15040159960, and he opened the account #62215 13310 00125 4399 by the card of the Postal Savings Bank of China. This lawyer has American Telephone Number :(708)595-4661 and (626) 289-6658.

Tel(708)595-4661 Fax (708)595-4662）杨晓明律师，商定为我办理h1b签证赴美，他给我发了一封律师信，要我前期准备大量证件和资料，08年6月6日下午，我在北京友谊宾馆会见了那个杨律师，他给我看了一份英文版的劳工合同，让我支付第一笔费用一万五千人民币，因为我事先从网上了解办理H1B签证要先得到797表格，而他给我看的又不是，于是心存怀疑，经过讨价还价，让他给了我一张他美国的身份ID复印件，支付了前期费用4千人民币现金，他给我写了一份收据，和他签定了一份合同，回到大同。
6月29号我接到一个自称是杨律师助手的女人电话，要我30号到北京，办理签证，30号晚在北京接到杨律师的电话， 他派他的一个姓胡的男助手(东北口音，将近40岁)取走我的护照，说是准备资料明天和我一起去美国大使馆面见大使，帮我申请签证，结果7月1号晚七点四十五分接到杨律师的电话，让我在住的地方找一个网吧，等他，到了以后，打开一个网站，http://www.usvisa.net.cn/
在其中的http://www.usvisa.net.cn/Login.aspx分页中，他输入用户名和密码进入，在H1B栏中查到了我的护照号和姓名，然后他拿出我的护照，上面已经贴了一页美国签证，并让我用手抚摩，感觉有凹凸感，并告诉我他有内部关系，已经帮我拿到了签证，航班已经定好，是七月十七号中午12点25分从上海浦东机场坐航班号为UA858的航班直飞美国洛杉机，并让我把七万块钱打到他的银行卡上，并拿走了我的护照，说我没有付钱，怕我不付钱。
我回到大同就打了两万块钱到他的银行卡上，并让他给我发了一份我的签证的扫描件，事后请人验证，发觉是假，已经联系不上哪个杨晓明律师。

先自我介绍一下,我今年22岁在去年曾经也是上海太傻那里的客户因后来三次被拒所以
就解除了合同,后来因为留学美国的意愿太强烈所以就有了下面的故事希望大家能耐心

早在今年的7月一个在美国的朋友突然打电话给我说他在报纸上看到一个广告,上面说他
是芝加哥的移民律师他有能力可以让国内的学生拿到免面试的美国签证,因为他和美国
的一个叫U.S INTERNATIONAL COMMUNICATION ASSOCIATION 的协会有关系,而这个协会
可以在政府那里拿到免面试的签证.
我得知这消息后就马上联系了那个所谓的律师,他当时向我保证说他绝对有能力让我去
美国,而且可以拿到签证,因为当时我去美国的心理状态不好,所以就轻易的相信了他,随
后过了一个星期左右的时间他给我打了电话说他现在已经到了中国叫我到杭州去碰个面
,然后我兴致勃勃的赶到了杭州市(因为我是上海的所以比较近)他和我约在了一个四星
级的宾馆见面好象叫索菲特吧,见了面后得知他叫陈辉是中国人现在已经是美国公民了,
样子看上去大概快60的样子了,经过一个小时的交流初步看下来这个人不大想是骗子,所
以我就相信了他,然后把三千RMB定金给了他,等拿到签证后再给他其余的三分之二,剩下
的等到了美国后再给他.另外还交了我的护照,付了钱后我就匆匆的赶回了上海,走的时
候他告诉我最晚七月底八月初就能拿到了.
时间过的很快到了七月底他真的打电话给我了,说事件已经搞定了叫我第二天去嘉兴找
他,挂了电话那个兴奋劲儿,第二天一早我就赶到了嘉兴,这次也是一个星级宾馆里见面,
我当时带了我刚从美国回来的阿姨一起去的她也带了她的护照想去做个对比的,到了那
里他先和我说点去美国的时候要注意点的地方将近说了一个多小时说实话当时听了都有
点厌恶了其实我就想看那本护照上的签证,没多久他就从几本护照里找到了我的给我看(
大家别急我会把照片都贴上来的)当时我阿姨也把她的护照拿出来做对比说实话真没看
出有啥不一样的地方,看完了签证后他要求我付给他6000美元,当然我很爽气的就给了他
,交了钱后他告诉三天后他订好机票会打电话告诉我的.随后我们两个就回上海了,没想
到骗子就是骗子三天后我打给他问他机票的事,他却说订不到票子,叫我耐心等待一周,
这一周对我来说是多么的难过呀,一周后他的手机就开始处于关机状态,当时就有种从天
上掉到地域的感觉真的觉得很痛,我在无奈中给他的信箱里发了个EMAIL想吓吓他,没想
到两天后他竟然打电话给我说他因为突然得了肺气肿住院了还说他完全能理解我的心情
叫我放心等修养一周后就办这事的,然后又是艰苦的等待中,可事实还是残酷的过了一周
后当我又打他手机的时候竟然已经停机了,我彻底的绝望了,这时才感到自己太愚蠢了现
在后悔也来不及了,我发这个贴子一方面是希望大家能以我这个惨痛的教训做为例子,千
万不想相信那些轻易做出承诺的人,如果被拒了也别灰心慢慢来,千万别象我那样急于求
成!另一方面是想在这寻找一下线索因为我估计受骗的人不只我一个应该有好几个吧如
