Please be advised that the Consulate is unable to issue you and your
brother's immigrant visas because, based on your testimony, documents and
any other evidence, that you do not have a bona fide relationship you're
your petitioner. The Consulate will now return your cases to the Department
of Homeland Security for review and possible revocation. Required processing
may require several months. When the Consulate returns your cases, you will
receive confirmation with steps you may take to appeal this decision.
Should you have any questions, you can contact the USCIS, where the petition
was filed, after you receive the notice.
