中华传统中医按摩疗法

　　中华传统中医按摩历史悠久，自从有了导引术开始就已伴随而生。中华民国后散落在民间，没有充分发挥到她神奇的治疗作用，但她仍象一支奇葩在民间传承不息。我的恩师崔国善是一位民间骨伤按摩师，是清朝御医按摩师的继承者。正宗的中医按摩疗法是与中医理论、导引术、武术、气功等分不开的，故传承者很少。正宗的传统按摩从掌法、指法对人体进行治疗都有严格的要求，按摩治疗时先诊断病情再结合人体的各种病情关系进行治疗。按摩应先从表面的经络、皮肉的推拿揉捏开始。使皮肉、气血得以畅通，再做深一层的推拿、揉捏，以至到筋骨肌肉各部位的协调，然后再点穴、拿筋，做到脏腹内外和经络以致到筋骨的气血平衡。这样才能达到疏经活络的祛病目的。内科病的按摩就更细一层了，从表至深层筋骨部位都不能疏漏，按摩时从背部、前胸、腹部、四肢等按奇经八脉的对应部位及穴道而做到轻、重、缓、急以致快、慢、顺、逆的补泄按摩法。
为了弘扬中华传统的中医按摩疗法，特寻求对中医按摩感兴趣的中外有识志士合作，共同开拓用中华中医按摩治疗各种病，为广大民众健康服务。

　　The traditional Chinese medicine massage history is long, have already begun to follow and grow since having the Qigong with hand movements(导引术) . It was scatted in the folk since 1912，not fully dis plays to her magical treatment function But she has still inherited in the folk without stopping as if rare and beautiful flowers in full bloom in the folk.
My kind teacher Cui Guoshan is a folk traumato-orthopedics massager(骨伤按摩师) who is a lineal descendant of Qing Dynasty imperial physician who was good at traditional Chinese medicine massage. He obtained the Qing Dynasty imperial massager’s true technique. The legitimate Chinese medicine massage therapy is in perfect harmony with the Chinese medicine theory,( 中医理论the Qigong with hand movements(导引术), the wushu and Qigong(武术、气功. But a few massagers who both grasp the Chinese medicine theory and Qigong with hand movements, Wushu and qigong.Tt has strict demands for palm pressing and figer pressing (掌法、指法)when the treatment to human body. Before the massage therapy,make a correct diagnosis and analysis patient’s various conditions at the same time of treatment are treated. Massage should start out to tuina, knead and pinch superficial Jingluo,the skin and muscle(表面的经络、皮肉的推拿揉捏).It make flesh vitality and smooth circulation of qi and blood(皮肉、气血得以畅通).Then makes the deep tuina, kneading and pinching(推拿、揉捏), so that the various spots of the bones and joints should be coordinated. After again digital accupoint pressure and holding tendons(点穴、拿筋) so that the Qi and blood of the inside and outside of ZangFu, Jingluo the tendons and bones are balanced(脏腹内外和经络以致到筋骨的气血平衡. So it can dredge the meridians(疏经活络) and achieve to expels sickness.The massage of department of internal medicine should go still one step further more than other massages.It has not been able the oversight from superficial to the deep layer muscles and tendons.The massage should be began to to use massage reinforcing-reducing with(补泄按摩法)。
light,heavy,relaxation,rapid so that quick,slow,along,counter(轻、重、缓、急以致快、慢、顺)with the corresponding positions and accuputure points which the eight extraordinary meridian (A colletive term for Dumai ,Renmai，Chongmai，Daimai，Yingmai，Yangweimai , Yinqiaomai, and Yangqimai)( 奇经八脉) are distributed over the back,front the chest,the abdomen, the four limbs,etc.( 背部、前胸、腹部、四肢)
